Depuis 2012, je me suis form\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode Thomas Gordon<\/strong>, \u00e0 savoir une m\u00e9thode de communication bienveillante et non violente pour parler aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu’ils m’\u00e9coutent vraiment.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’\u00e9coute active, j’ai appris comment \u00e9couter mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves lorsqu’ils me font part de leurs probl\u00e8mes, pour qu’ils se sentent r\u00e9ellement entendus et compris tout en les encourageant \u00e0 se responsabiliser.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la logique « gagnant-gagnant », j’ai ainsi appris comment m’affirmer et poser des limites claires pour d\u00e9velopper une autorit\u00e9 juste et saine, sans nuire \u00e0 l’estime de soi de mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n

Cette comp\u00e9tence me permet d’\u00eatre en relation avec des \u00e9l\u00e8ves en grande difficult\u00e9 en comprenant comment enseigner sans punir et responsabiliser sans conflit.\u00a0<\/p>\n

        J’ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 donner mes premi\u00e8res le\u00e7ons alors que j’\u00e9tais \u00e9tudiant.<\/p>\n

        J’encadrais essentiellement des \u00e9l\u00e8ves du coll\u00e8ge & du lyc\u00e9e pour la pr\u00e9paration du coll\u00e8ge et du baccalaur\u00e9at.<\/p>\n

        J’ai alors d\u00e9couvert l’ensemble des programmes dans les mati\u00e8res scientifiques.<\/p>\n

        Mes comp\u00e9tences en soutien scolaire se sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es en comprenant les lacunes typiques des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et en identifiant les strat\u00e9gies les plus efficaces pour la remise \u00e0 niveau et l’am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9sultats scolaires.<\/p>\n

        J’ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 mon auto-entreprise apr\u00e8s avoir gagn\u00e9 en exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n

        Je suis donc\u00a0 enseignant ind\u00e9pendant agr\u00e9\u00e9 « Services \u00e0 la Personne » par l’Etat<\/p>\n

        En travaillant \u00e0 mon compte, j’ai pu fid\u00e9liser certaines familles et \u00e9tendre mon r\u00e9seau de recommandation d’ann\u00e9es en ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

        Je maintiens actif un d\u00e9marchage commercial pendant les p\u00e9riodes d’examen et pour renouveler mon r\u00e9seau professionnel.<\/p>\n

        J’ai chang\u00e9 de r\u00e9gion en 2018 puisque je me suis install\u00e9 en R\u00e9gion Auvergne – Rhone Alpes, entre Moulins et Vichy. Depuis, je continue d’accompagner des \u00e9l\u00e8ves de r\u00e9gion parisienne en travaillant en ligne depuis 2017.\u00a0<\/p>\n

        Au d\u00e9but, c’\u00e9tait pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande de parents dont j’avais accompagn\u00e9 l’enfant jusqu’alors.\u00a0 Il m’a fallu un peu de temps pour prendre en main ce nouvel environnement particulier.<\/p>\n

        Mais progressivement, j’ai compris comment contourner certaines limites et je crois \u00eatre devenu plus performant\u00a0 gr\u00e2ce aux ressources p\u00e9dagogiques en ligne. J’ai d\u00fb \u00eatre plus rigoureux sur certaines d\u00e9marches et faire \u00e9voluer ma fa\u00e7on de travailler.<\/p>\n

        D\u00e9sormais, je suis d’autant plus habitu\u00e9 que j’exerce de plus en plus en ligne …<\/p>\n

        \u00catre performant en ligne permet aussi de d\u00e9velopper l’autonomie des \u00e9l\u00e8ves pour exploiter des ressources p\u00e9dagogiques int\u00e9ressantes et parvenir \u00e0 faire progresseur leur pr\u00e9paration scolaire.<\/p>\n

        La crise du COVID-19 a eu un impact significatif sur l’enseignement dans les \u00e9tablissements.<\/p>\n

        Les mesures de confinement, la fermeture des \u00e9tablissements et la transition vers l’enseignement en ligne ont boulevers\u00e9 la vie de centaine d’\u00e9tudiants\u00a0 et des parents.<\/p>\n

        Pourtant, j’ai pu accompagner mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves pour faire face \u00e0 leurs emplois du temps perturb\u00e9s et des apprentissages rendus difficiles parce les enseignants devaient faire \u00e9voluer leurs pratiques pour apprendre \u00e0 adapter leurs strat\u00e9gies d’enseignement aux environnements num\u00e9riques<\/p>\n

        L’enseignement en ligne\u00a0 a pos\u00e9 des d\u00e9fis pour les \u00e9tudiants et les enseignants car les \u00e9tudiants ont souvent eu des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 se concentrer pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes devant un \u00e9cran. J’ai appris \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ces situations en me renseignant sur la \u00a0d\u00e9<\/span>privation sensorielle et les techniques pour adapter mon enseignement et mon accompagnement pendant cette p\u00e9riode<\/p>\n
